Carleigh Litteral

Carleigh Litteral is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky whose work focuses on strengthening substance use prevention for young people. She is particularly interested in reaching youth who may be at increased risk due to family history, mental health challenges, or limited access to behavioral health resources. Her work explores innovative approaches to delivering engaging, evidence-informed prevention education that equips young people with practical skills, reduces stigma, and encourages earlier help-seeking. Her goal is to develop scalable prevention strategies that can be implemented in schools and communities, including those with limited behavioral health resources.
