Ardhys De Leon

Ardhys De Leon is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Yale School of Public Health whose work focuses on emotion dysregulation as a contributor to craving, substance use, and relapse. She is developing a mobile just-in-time adaptive intervention that identifies periods of heightened risk and delivers personalized, evidence-based strategies drawn from established behavioral therapies. Her work seeks to extend recovery support beyond traditional clinical settings and provide assistance during the moments when individuals are most vulnerable to substance use.
