Molly Bobek is the Director of Clinical Implementation and Family Therapist. She is working with Alexandra MacLean to enhance treatment approaches for adolescents and young adults grappling with substance use disorders. Adolescents and young adults dealing with substance use disorders can significantly benefit from family therapy, an effective treatment method. However, its widespread adoption needs improvement. They are creating an online training system and e-learning platform to address this issue. This platform aims to encourage the integration of fundamental Family Therapy (FT) techniques into regular care and to enhance the accuracy of clinician self-reports on FT fidelity.
