Jennifer Bagdasarian

Jennifer Bagdasarian is the Associate Director at the Center for Digital Health and AI at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She is developing an AI-powered SUD Clinical Coach to enhance how physicians are trained to care for patients with substance use disorders. Despite the proven effectiveness of evidence-based treatments, many clinicians remain underprepared to address SUD due to limited training and feedback opportunities. Jennifer’s innovation provides an interactive, simulation-based learning platform that helps physicians practice empathetic communication and receive personalized guidance. By improving confidence and reducing stigma, her work aims to strengthen the quality and accessibility of care for patients with substance use disorders.
