Tayan is a partner and co-head of BakerHostetler’s Intellectual Property (IP) Technology team. His practice focuses on technology and IP-centric transactions and strategic portfolio counseling involving auditing, governance, procurement, enforcement and risk management in emerging/high-tech and the life sciences. Tayan regularly publishes on developments and best practices around AI, Data and IP, and has been invited by public and private organizations in the U.S. and abroad to lead discussions as a legal subject matter expert.
